Returns

OVIS allows returns for items purchased within 30 days of the date the item shipped. Items must be returned in original packaging. Returned items need to arrive to OVIS within 15 days of the issued RMA. It is necessary to obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number if you would like to return your purchase from OVIS. No returns will be accepted or credit given, without a valid RMA number. Please have your Web order number or invoice number ready, as we must have this information to issue a RMA number. When we receive the merchandise, we will inspect it to ensure all the components are enclosed and in its original condition.
If the return is received in its original condition with all parts, instruction sheets or templates included for installation-(which varies by manufacturer and may not pertain to your item), your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment for the amount of the product. Original shipping/handling/freight charges are not refunded. Please allow 1-2 weeks for return credits to be issued. We do reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for special order items, repackaging, missing parts *or* returns which arrive after the order refund option has expired (which requires additional handling to refund).

| Typographical Errors |
| OVIS wants to make sure you get the right product. If we make a mistake with your order (and we make every attempt not to) we will correct our mistake as soon as possible. We will send a UPS call tag to pick up the product, and/or ship out the correct item, via the same method of shipment as your original order. If it is possible, we will ship the correction the same day! Unfortunately we cannot honor typographical errors in specifications or pricing. With thousands of products from many manufacturers it is possible to miss changes in product specifications. Therefore all specifications are subject to change without notice. If specifications have changed and you are not able to use the product you are more than welcome to return it. |
