Quick Shipping
Most in stock items usually ship within 1 business day from our warehouse. We rarely drop ship! Orders often ship the same day. During our peak sales season and around holidays, shipping may take up to 2-3 days. If an item is out of stock, we try to ship the order within 1 day of our stock being received from the manufacturer. Stock levels are updated regularly on the website so you have the most current availablilty. Lead times on out of stock items vary by manufacturer, and average 5-10 business days in most cases.
Top Notch Packaging
We take great care packaging your order so it arrives in perfect condition. Our shipping department double boxes fragile items with extra cushioning to absorb impacts. Most of our competitors tag and ship without taking the extra step to ensure your item arrives undamaged. It doesn't matter how cheap the shipping is, if the item arrives broken!
30 Day Return Policy
No restocking fee, you are responsible for freight charges. The item must be unused and in the original packaging. Why is our policy so liberal? We realize many of our customers have never ordered products like we offer, so mistakes will be made. Also, we understand that projects often take longer to complete than estimated, and our products are generally the last things installed. Take this into account when you're shopping the web. Something a little bit cheaper, may end up costing a whole lot more!
No Restocking Fees
That's right, NO restocking fee. Just follow our return policy. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Special ordered items are are non returnable. Items with missing parts incur up to a 25% restocking fee. If you are returning an item with a value over $100.00, we strongly suggest purchasing the insurance available from the return shipper. If the shipper damages your return, you will receive no refund from OVIS but you can file a damage claim with the shipping company.
No Sales Tax Except WV
We are located in the State of West Virginia and obligated to collect sales tax from customers who reside in West Virginia. If you live outside of West Virginia, you may voluntarily remit sales tax to the state of residence.
