Extender kit with 4 door mount brackets to allow installation onto any door style where previously a sub-door may have been required. This allows larger doors than the frame of the Rev-A-Shelf unit to be used without a custom sub-panel. With the 5345-DM-KIT-52, you get 2-1/2" per side (5" total)of adjustment so you can screw more conviently into a raised panel door frame, instead of the panel. This kit works with the Rev-A-shelf 5349, 5498, 5527, and the 5590 series. This is a highly recommended option, if you are unsure of your installation width.
