As of 1/2/07, small parcel carriers, in
addition to a rate increase, had major change to the rating scale. Now many
packages will be charged more, based on the dimensions. This has had a major
impact on light, but big items like waste containers, wire baskets & lazy
susans. We are looking for solutions.
