The furniture product you have purchased includes
high quality concealed hinges and/or drawer slides made or
distributed by HETTICH AMERICA L.P. (“Hettich”).
Hettich warrants to the original consumer/purchaser
all concealed hinges and/or drawer slides made or
distributed by it contained in this product (but not the
product itself) against defects in material and workmanship
for as long as the original consumer/purchaser owns the
product. This
warranty does not cover concealed hinges and/or drawer
slides which have been incorrectly installed, exposed to
loads in excess of specifications, abused or used for
purposes other than that for which they are intended.
Hettich will send the original consumer-purchaser a
new Hettich concealed hinge and/or drawer slide to replace
any respective piece of hardware subject to this warranty.
Hettich specifically does not warrant removal of the
defective hinge and/or drawer slide nor installation of new
hinge and/or drawer slide.
To obtain a replacement, you should, within 30 days
of discovery of the defect, remove the defective concealed
hinge and /or slide and mail the defective product(s)
postage prepaid to:

Please enclose a letter explaining the defect and a
copy of the proof of purchase of the furniture with the
defective concealed hinge and/or drawer slide.
Allow approximately four weeks for delivery of the
replacement.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY
STATE LAW AS HERBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING EXPRESS LIMITED
WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OF
HETTICH WITH RESPECT TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY
PARTS. UNDER
THIS WARRANTY, REPLACEMENT OF PARTS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE
REMEDY. IN NO EVENT SHALL HETTICH BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE, INSTALLATION,
PERFORMANCE OR FAILURE OF ITS PRODUCT.
Note,
however, that because some states do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of consequential damages, the above exclusion
may not apply to you.
