This 20" full extension Fulterer FR 790.SCC is an NSF Certified drawer slide. These slides are manufactured with features to make them easy to clean, corrosion and heat resistant. The NSF Certification assures they are safe for food preparation & processing areas, as well as commercial & industrial kitchen equipment.The FR 190.SCC is made from 441 grade stainless steel. The 441 grade is dual stabilized with niobium and titanium to provide good weld ductility and resistance to corrosion in the weld heat affected area. This glide is also easily screwed to the cabinet wall and drawer box with pre-punched mounting holes.
The large solid Dupont (TM) Delrin® rollers are designed for years of service without lubrication. The double captive guide rails the rollers travel in, help to maintain high lateral stability. All of the rollers are attached to the middle profile that has a thickness of 2 mm (0.079"). The progressive roll-out action of the middle member creates a smooth feel as the drawer rolls out. A lift out prevention clip mounted in middle profile keeps the drawer secure, but allows the drawer and middle member to be quickly removed for manual or dishwasher cleaning.
