*NEW* The Slideone 36 inch full extension heavy duty drawer slides are for high loads, up to 500 lb. capacity. Black powder coated cold rolled steel provides a sleek look and resists corrosion. The ball spacers are made of noise-absorbing plastic with hardened steel ball bearing for quiet running.
The 3 foot drawer runner is not removable, this is standard in all 500 lb. class slides. The slide and ball race form a single non-detachable unit. You will need to unscrew the drawer from the runner to remove the drawer box. The reason for this is SAFETY. With 3 feet of travel to its fully extended 6 foot length, the weight of the loaded drawer achieves a great deal of momentum and must come to an abrupt stop. A lever release would need to be massive and would be expensive and hard to fit into the slide mechanism.
3/4" Installation Width - 3" Height. Cabinet member requires #10 Pan head screw. Drawer member requires #10 pan head screw. Screw length will vary depending on application. Use all screw holes to achieve full load rating.
