The Fulterer FR5400.SL is a 48" heavy-duty locking drawer slide with a 550 lb. weight class. It has a dynamic weight capacity of 396 lbs. (180 kg). Important: The lock handle sticks out 1-3/8" (35 mm) beyond the slide’s 48" length. This updated version includes a spring in the intermediate member for smoother locking.
The FR5400.SL locks securely in both the fully closed and fully extended positions. To unlock, press down on the sturdy red cast steel handle. Locking drawer slides like this are perfect for moving applications such as RVs, factory equipment, toolboxes, or transport carts—anywhere you need drawers or loads to stay stable during movement.
Made of cold-rolled, galvanized steel, the slide rails include stainless steel ball bearings with plastic cages for quieter, smoother operation. The price is for a pair of slides, and screws are not included.

It can work as a lock-in only, or lock-in and lock-out drawer slide depending on the orientation of the slides. All you need to do is swap the left and right sides and the locking mechanism will operate in the other mode.
