The Fulterer slides are sold by the box of 10 pairs and include the front fixing clips and rear mounting brackets for face frame cabinets that are most common in the USA. The FR 3001 series are very similar in quality and features to Blum undermount drawer slides and are interchangeable with the models commonly sold in the USA.
The Hettich Quadro IW 21 series of slides are also interchangeable with the Blum Tandem but have a patented all ball bearing design. Hettich invented the undermount slide in the mid 1980's and have been sold worldwide since then. OVIS stocks three models of the Quadro with a 21mm installation width, the V6 full extension, and coming soon the Quadro 4D and Quadro 2D.
