Returns Policy
You can return items to OVIS within 30 days of their shipping date, provided they are in their original packaging. To make a return, you'll first need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us. No returns can be accepted, nor refunds issued without a valid RMA number. Please be ready to provide your Web order or invoice number when requesting your RMA, as it's essential for processing your return.
Once we issue an RMA, please ensure the item reaches OVIS within 15 days. Upon receiving and inspecting your return—if all parts, instruction sheets, or templates are included, and everything is in its original condition—we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your initial payment method, excluding original shipping, handling, or freight charges. Allow 1-2 weeks for the processing of your refund. Note that special order items, items needing repackaging, missing parts, or late returns may incur a 25% restocking fee due to the extra handling required.
