OVIS will ship your order as soon as possible.  Some orders may take longer due to backorders or special orders.   We will ship your order  complete, unless specified otherwise in the "Special Instructions" area on the Check Out form.

Freight Cost and Estimates

Since we are a wholesale supplier, and many of our product aren't very expensive but can be very heavy or bulky, we base our freight charges on the weight and dimensions of your order as calculated by a carrier  like FedEx, UPS or USPS,  or in case of very heavy shipments a common carrier truck line.  The weight of the products in our store are very close, but can vary based on design changes, or packaging consolidation by our shipping department to save you freight costs.  Your freight charges will be based on the ACTUAL total package weight and dimensions.  Our server interfaces with the carriers servers to give you a estimate of the freight charge.  If you like, we will package your order, weigh  and measure it, and give you a firm quote for freight before we ship your order. Please specify this option in the "Special Instructions" area on the Check Out form.

USPS First Class Mail>  1-5 days
USPS Priority Mail> 2-3 days
USPS Parcel Post> Available for AK & HI can take up to 15 days

Damaged Shipments

If you discover your product is damaged, the most important thing is don't alter the packaging any further, and save all the packaging, as the carrier may need to inspect the packaging in their claims process.  The next step is to contact  OVIS so we can file the claim.  

Lost Shipments

If you do not receive your shipment in a reasonable time, it may have been lost in shipment.  This is very rare with current tracking technology.  You can track your order here.  If the shipment is shown as not delivered or in transit for a few days longer than the time above suggest, it may very well have been lost.

    If you feel your shipment is lost we can initialize a trace of the shipment.  If the carrier cannot provide proof of delivery they will issue a claim number and pay for the merchandise.  OVIS will file your loss claim, the best way is to contact OVIS

  • 7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
  • 8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
  • 9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order.
